What you get
A genuine US account. No US entity required.
Why Singapore companies come to us
- DBS, OCBC, and UOB require Singapore-only ownership or in-branch visits for foreign directors, blocking non-resident founders
- Traditional Singapore banks impose minimum balances of SGD 10,000–30,000 and monthly maintenance fees
- Mercury requires a US-registered LLC — Singapore Pte Ltd structures are ineligible, forcing costly parallel US incorporations
- Brex explicitly bars non-US incorporated entities
- Airwallex and Wise lack dedicated USD account numbers with ACH/Fedwire routing needed for US client payments
Frequently asked
Can a Singapore Pte Ltd open a USD bank account without a US entity?
