    Account Manager

Deliver attentive service to international founders and business operators.

    About the role

Be a dependable point of contact for international business clients. Help existing clients and inbound enquirers navigate questions, coordinate with specialist teams and keep each request moving with clear communication and consistent follow-through.

Our work calls for sound judgment, attention to detail and clear communication.

    Where your work fits

Develop fluency in the questions international founders and business operators bring to a service team: documentation, onboarding steps, status updates and ongoing support. Every answer about products, terms or eligibility must come from approved materials and the appropriate internal owner.

    What you will do

    • Manage day-to-day client relationships, service follow-ups and documented action plans.
    • Respond to inbound inquiries using approved information and route specialist questions to the appropriate owner.
    • Coordinate onboarding requests with operations and compliance, keeping clients informed while reviews remain with the authorized decision-makers.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records, service histories and escalation notes.
    • Identify recurring client needs and translate feedback into actionable product and operations improvements.
    • Recognize complaints, potential fraud and unusual activity, and escalate through established procedures.

    What you bring

    • Relevant account-management or client-service experience in financial technology, professional services or B2B software.
    • Strong written communication, discretion and follow-through.
    • Comfort working with international company structures and multiple professional stakeholders.
    • Experience using CRM and service-management systems to maintain an auditable record.

    Helpful, not essential

    • Experience supporting cross-border businesses, corporate service providers or professional advisers.
    • Additional language skills and familiarity with international business etiquette.

    Your contribution

Responsive client service, accurate records and timely resolution through the right operational and compliance channels.

    Location & contract terms

All roles are remote and limited to candidates based in the United States or Europe, from Western Europe through Serbia. You must be based in a time zone no farther east than Serbia (CET/CEST) and be available for agreed collaboration hours with our headquarters in U.S. Eastern Time (ET). Country-specific engagement eligibility is confirmed before work begins.

Contract-based, with scope, duration and collaboration hours agreed in writing. Compensation negotiable based on experience, scope and location. Arrangements must meet local classification, employment-protection and pay-disclosure requirements.

    Professional standards

Protect confidential information, complete required training and work within approved policies. Compliance decisions remain with authorized reviewers; client communications must be accurate and must not promise approval or bypass due diligence.

    How to register interest

Email your CV or resume, a short introduction, your country and state or region, time zone and availability to people@hollisand.co. Include relevant work samples or a portfolio if helpful. Please do not include identity documents, account details, client data or other sensitive information.
