- Coordinate requests for information and maintain organized customer-review files.
- Support screening, due-diligence and enhanced-review workflows under approved procedures.
- Document findings and escalate potential sanctions matches, adverse information and unusual activity.
- Track review queues, outstanding evidence, training requirements and remediation actions.
- Support audit and partner-information requests while preserving confidentiality and access controls.
What you bring
- Relevant experience in financial-services compliance, business onboarding, due diligence or regulated operations.
- Working knowledge of business verification, beneficial ownership, sanctions screening and risk-based review.
- Strong evidence-management, analytical writing and attention-to-detail skills.
- Sound judgment in applying policy, identifying exceptions and escalating decisions to the appropriate owner.
Helpful, not essential
- Experience reviewing international corporate structures and complex ownership chains.
- Relevant compliance training or certification and familiarity with screening or identity-verification tools.
Your contribution
Complete review files, well-supported escalations and consistent execution of approved compliance procedures.
