We have two paid internship openings. Scope, duration, hours and start date will be discussed during the selection process.
About the role
Apply your software engineering and AI education to real, supervised projects. We have two paid engineering internship openings for candidates with relevant AI coursework, structured training or demonstrable applied projects. Help build full-stack features, evaluate AI-assisted workflows and improve internal tools while learning disciplined engineering practices.
Our work calls for sound judgment, attention to detail and clear communication.
Where your work fits
Learn how well-built software supports customer onboarding, internal operations and cross-border business workflows. Help turn complex information into clear interfaces, tested tools and carefully evaluated AI-assisted processes. AI work must support, not replace, authorized human review.
What you will do
- Contribute to scoped frontend, API and automation tasks under engineering supervision.
- Prototype AI-assisted tools using approved models, synthetic data and documented evaluation criteria.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, security and maintainability rather than treating output as authoritative.
- Write tests, investigate defects and document implementation choices and limitations.
- Use Git, pull requests and peer review; production changes require authorized review and release.
- Protect client and company information. Do not put confidential data into unapproved AI tools or automate compliance decisions.
What you bring
- AI or machine-learning education through coursework, structured training or substantive applied projects.
- Foundational programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript or Python, with a project you can explain.
- Understanding of APIs, data handling and basic testing, plus an interest in full-stack development.
- Awareness of model limitations, hallucinations, privacy risks and the need for human review.
- Clear communication, curiosity and willingness to work through feedback; prior fintech employment is not required.
Helpful, not essential
- Projects using React, SQL, model APIs, retrieval or evaluation tooling.
- A portfolio showing what you built, how you tested it and how you used AI responsibly.
Your contribution
Useful, tested contributions; reproducible AI experiments; and stronger engineering judgment supported by documentation and review.
Location & contract terms
All roles are remote and limited to candidates based in the United States or Europe, from Western Europe through Serbia. You must be based in a time zone no farther east than Serbia (CET/CEST) and be available for agreed collaboration hours with our headquarters in U.S. Eastern Time (ET). Country-specific engagement eligibility is confirmed before work begins.
Contract-based, with scope, duration and collaboration hours agreed in writing. Compensation negotiable based on experience, scope and location. Arrangements must meet local classification, employment-protection and pay-disclosure requirements. Internship terms are reviewed for the candidate’s location.
Professional standards
Protect confidential information, complete required training and work within approved policies. Compliance decisions remain with authorized reviewers; client communications must be accurate and must not promise approval or bypass due diligence.
How to apply
