Own well-scoped features across the full application stack. We welcome full-stack engineers who can connect intuitive customer experiences with secure services, reliable integrations and sound data models. Your work would span customer-facing products and internal tools, from initial design through testing and controlled release.

Where your work fits
Work on the software behind a growing international business platform. Relevant engineering problems include customer onboarding flows, secure document handling, status visibility and reliable internal tooling, built with clear ownership and careful release practices.
What you will do
- Develop responsive React and TypeScript interfaces for customer onboarding, client service and internal workflows.
- Build backend APIs, database models and integrations with clear authorization, validation, idempotency and recovery behavior.
- Translate approved designs into reusable components using the established Hollis design system.
- Make complex forms and status updates understandable, accessible and resilient to errors.
- Integrate documented APIs while preserving authorization boundaries and protecting sensitive data.
- Write automated tests, participate in code review and validate changes across devices and browsers.
- Improve page performance and technical SEO while preserving approved content.
What you bring
- Demonstrated experience shipping production web applications with React, TypeScript and modern CSS.
- Strong foundations in both frontend development and backend services, including databases, API security and asynchronous processing.
- Understanding of semantic HTML, accessibility, responsive design and browser behavior.
- Experience with API integration, automated testing, Git and collaborative code review.
- Ability to explain technical trade-offs and deliver well-scoped work in a distributed team.
Helpful, not essential
- Experience with financial technology, business onboarding or other sensitive-data applications.
- Familiarity with design systems, cloud infrastructure, observability and auditable workflows.

Location & contract terms
All roles are remote and limited to candidates based in the United States or Europe, from Western Europe through Serbia. You must be based in a time zone no farther east than Serbia (CET/CEST) and be available for agreed collaboration hours with our headquarters in U.S. Eastern Time (ET). Country-specific engagement eligibility is confirmed before work begins.
Contract-based, with scope, duration and collaboration hours agreed in writing. Compensation negotiable based on experience, scope and location. Arrangements must meet local classification, employment-protection and pay-disclosure requirements.
